about

This a quirky little tune about one of the strangest stories in the Bible. If you haven't read this story, then give it a read. You can find it in 2 Kings 2:23 - 25. Bald headed people will love this tune!

lyrics

Elisha was walkin’ down the road one day
When a bunch of little children came and blocked his way
They were up to no good
With nothin’ nice to say
There were forty-two of them and this is what they had to say

“Go away, Baldy! We don’t want you around.
Everyone will go blind when they see your bright, shiney crown!”

Elisha turned and looked all forty-two kids
Then he cursed them in the name of God, yea that’s what he did
Then from the forest charged two bears after the kids
They ripped them limb from limb until all were dead.

(SCREAMS)

Then Elisha started walkin’ down the road once more
And with that our little tale has come to a close
So I guess the moral of the story is watch what you say
Or one day bears will come and make a human puree.
